Return Policy
In Store:
- All purchases can be returned or exchanged within the store during operating hours.
- Hours of operation are game days.
- Open 1 hour before the game starts and Close 30 minutes after the game ends.
- Returned merchandise must be unused with tags still attached to tagged items.
- In order to ensure the correct person is refunded, or to issue a proper exchange, you will need one of the following with your return:
- Receipt
- Order Number, or
- If you paid with card, the last 4 digits of the card used when the purchase was made
Online:
- All purchases can be returned, but we cannot offer exchanges online. However, during the season, online orders can be brought in to the store for exchange during store operating hours.
- Hours of operation are game days. Open 1 hour before the game starts and Close 30 minutes after the game ends.
- Returned merchandise must be unused with tags still attached to tagged items.
- If you are making a return or exchange in store, you will need to provide your order number.
- If you are making a return via mail, please include your order number with the items you are returning. This is to ensure the correct person is refunded.

- As soon as we receive the returned items, a refund will be issued.
